FAQ

There is no sound.

Turn up the device volume, and check that sound is not turned off with the speaker button at the top right of the App. Because the App is all about train sounds, it plays sound even when the silent switch is on.

How do new trains appear?

New trains arrive as you watch more trains pass: after 3, 6, 10 trains and so on. The collection shows how many more trains are needed.

Two trains don’t come at once.

Press the big red button again while the crossing is ringing. A train will come on the other track too. When both tracks already have a train, no more will come.

How do I remove ads?

Tap “Remove Ads” at the top right, answer the multiplication question, then tap “Remove Ads” to buy (one-time purchase). When you change devices or reinstall, tap “Restore Purchases” on the same screen.

What is Trucks mode?

The round button next to the Book button (top left) switches between the railroad crossing and a town of working vehicles. The fire truck, police car, ambulance and excavator are free. The dump truck, garbage truck, cement mixer, bus, crane truck, bulldozer and dream car come with the Truck Pack (one-time purchase), as your child watches more. To buy: tap the locked “More trucks” chip, answer the multiplication question, then buy on the parents screen.

Where do ads appear?

A banner at the top of the screen, a full-screen ad when the gates have fully risen (at most once every 5 trains and at least 4 minutes apart), and a video ad when you choose “Watch a video to call the next train”. Ads are shown with settings for children.

What about changing devices?

If you set up a new device from an iCloud backup, your progress comes with it. Deleting the App also deletes your progress.
