This Privacy Policy explains how Nakawa (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") handles user information in the iOS and Android application "Ichimoku Shift Calendar" (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
The App does not directly collect, store, or require any personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
Data entered by the user (shift information, notes, settings, etc.) is stored locally on your device. On iOS, it is also stored in your personal iCloud account. On Android, data may be backed up to the cloud when you have enabled device or Google account backup. Minimal data is transmitted to a synchronization server when you explicitly enable the "Family & Partner Sync" feature.
The "Family & Partner Sync" feature allows users to share their shift schedules with a designated partner. When this feature is enabled, data is handled as follows:
To provide accurate weather forecasts on your calendar, the App requests access to your device's Location Information with your permission.
The standard calendar auto-sync feature in the Premium plan requests access to your device's Calendar (Calendars on iOS, Google Calendar or equivalent on Android).
The App utilizes the following third-party services to enhance functionality and display advertisements:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
Used to display advertisements. We may use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to serve relevant ads, but only if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. All tracking is handled in accordance with Apple's guidelines.
Google Firebase (Data Sync & Analytics)
Used for data synchronization in the Family Sync feature and for monitoring app stability (e.g., crash logs). Data is handled anonymously.
Firebase Privacy and Security
Features such as notifications, alarms, and synchronization may fail to trigger depending on OS specifications, network conditions, or device status. The Developer assumes no responsibility for any damages or inconveniences (e.g., being late for work due to an alarm failure or misunderstandings caused by sync delays) arising from the use of this App.
